Outside of private practice, I work for a busy NHS trust as a Senior Psychological Therapist. In my spare time, I volunteer with a Brighton-based ADHD charity as a Trustee and Safegaurding Lead.
Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, my career was as a complex needs support worker in the charity sector. I worked to help improve the lives of people who have experienced difficulties with mental health, homelessness, and drug and alcohol issues.
I work within NICE guidelines and conduct my work to the ethical standards of the BACP. I am also fully insured.
